Shipping Policy
At Thomas Crick, we aim to deliver your favourite footwear quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read the details below to understand how our shipping process works.
1.Order Processing Time
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM (GMT) are processed and dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day..
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along
with your tracking details.
2.Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We currently ship all orders from our UK warehouse.
Express Delivery (UK Mainland)
- Delivery Time: 1–2 working days
- Courier Partners: Evri, Royal Mail, and DPD
- Tracking: Fully trackable
- Cost: FREE on all orders
- Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM GMT for same-day dispatch.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Remote Areas
- Delivery Time: 3–5 working days, depend on your zone.
- Cost: FREE on all orders
3.International Shipping
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping outside the United Kingdom.
We are working to introduce this soon.
4.Click & Collect
Currently, we do not offer Click & Collect services.
5.Order Tracking
You can track your parcel directly using the tracking link sent to your email after dispatch.
If you face any issue, please contact our support team.
6.Undelivered / Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Customer not available to receive the parcel
- These all may lead to delay in delivery.
We will notify you via email.Re-delivery charges are free.
7.Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is:
- Lost
- Stuck in transit
- Delivered to the wrong address
- Arrives damaged
Contact us within 48 hours at web@thomascrick.comwith your order number and
photos (if applicable). We will coordinate with the courier and resolve it at the earliest.
8.Shipping Delays
Factors that delays may occur due to:
- Weather
- Courier issues
- Festivals
- Government restrictions
9. Address Changes
Address changes after order placement can only be made before dispatch. Once the parcel is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. It may also delay your order as delivery address needs to be verify before dispatch.
